My wedding photographer package for £1095 encompasses the essentials for wedding photography in and around Tunbridge Wells. The package features include: consultation, unlimited communication, hand editing of your portfolio, high definition digital wedding photographs without watermark or usage restrictions and coverage of your wedding day for as long as you would like.
If you are looking to invest a little more in your wedding photography I offer pre-wedding portratiure, printed imagery and wedding books, the option of an additional photographer and other supplimental photoshoots such as 'celebrate the dress'.
I blend various styles of wedding photography including reportage, formal, semi-formal and others in a bespoke way to best suit the uniqueness of each wedding. I edit each image in either black and white or colour as best suits each one. The blend is based on what I learn about your preferences during our consultation and the character and atmosphere of your wedding as it happens.
I use natural light whenever possible to encapsulate the atmosphere of your wedding as vividly as I can more. I feel it is also a much more discrete and inconspcious photographic method than using a speedlight or flash all the time.
The gallery introduces my photographic style much more succintly than my words can.
For nearly all of the wedding I employ the 'fly on the wall' technique. I photograph the story of your wedding as it unfolds without having any effect on its flow. The only small exceptions to this are the formal group portraits and the portraits of just you two (assuming you would both of these). During the consultation I share tips with my clients to shorten the time taken to complete the group portrats. Likewise for your couple portratis I aim to complete these in most cases within a couple of 15 minutes sessions at approapriate times during your wedding.
When guests from weddings or referrals from my client base ask me to photograph theirs and its away from Tunbridge Wells then yes with pleasure. Generally I concentrate on Tunbridge Wells as there is a healthy need here. It also means I can keep my marketing budget smaller and more focused and hence keep the prices for you lower than it would if I advertised for a much wider geographic area.
It might just be that I havent selected images from there for my gallery. Or that a client has paid an NDA in return for me not using their images as part of my online presence. If it is not somewhere I have photographed at yet, then I will reasearch your wedding venue and ensure I am fully prepared to cover you wedding there.
No. The image files I supply to you in the most commly used .jpg format are not watermarked or protected in any other way. Equally, I do not place any usage restrictions of your photographs. I think you should be able to share, print and publish all you like without any additional charges or requiremet to purchase printed material first.
As much of it as you like. I do not employ the approach of doing a few hours at two or more weddings on the same day. So its as much of your day as you would like from the preparation early in the morning until the first dance and celebrations beyond in the evening.
It doesnt make my job impossible if this is the case. However if at all possible I do recommend you can find an hour or so for us to meet prior to your wedding. It allows us to create a rapport which always helps towards more relaxed and natural photography. It also gives us time to talk through your wedding plans and wishes for the photography. Without the consultation time, it can be a little like a kitchen fitter turning up to an empty kitchen with a request to build a new one. The only problem is the clients aren't there to tell him how they want the kitchen layout styled and what finishes to choose.
In most cases your portfolio is ready to view within a month of your wedding. Often while you are still on honeymoon. Of course, unless you specifically ask, I will not contact you whilst on honeymoon but rather wait until you return to Tunbridge Wells from your honeymoon.
